We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The location is superb, with easy access to the station. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle provided in the room. a great experience.

Elevator had an unpleasant odor and some furniture in the room was dusty. Shower head needs fixing, as one piece sprayed water everywhere and the other piece lacked enough pressure.

The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even though their English is limited. There are also great facilities, including fridges and hotplates in some rooms, making this hotel a great value for money.
The noise level in the hotel can be an issue at times.

We had an amazing suite with an extra bed, for free. Spacious, clean, with good bathroom and kitchen area. Convenient location near Jing an. Friendly staff, good value for money. Family Mart downstairs, multiple restaurants nearby. Easy to get around.
